Fresh Flower Guarantee
We take pride in the quality and freshness of our flowers and arrangements. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery or pickup so we can make it right.
Perishable Products
Because flowers and plants are perishable items, we generally do not accept physical returns. However, eligible issues may qualify for:
- Replacement arrangement
- Store credit
- Partial or full refund
at our discretion.
Eligible Refund or Replacement Reasons
Refunds or replacements may be offered for:
- Damaged flowers upon arrival
- Incorrect arrangement delivered
- Missing items
- Poor flower quality or freshness
- Delivery errors caused by our shop
To help us resolve the issue quickly, we may request:
- Order number
- Photos of the arrangement
- Recipient name and delivery date
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds are not available for:
- Incorrect delivery information provided by the customer
- Deliveries refused by the recipient
- Delays caused by weather, traffic, or unforeseen events
- Minor variations in flower types, colors, or containers due to seasonal availability
- Orders reported after the stated claim period
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled for a full refund if cancellation is requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery date.
Same-day or custom orders may not be eligible for cancellation once preparation has begun.
Delivery Issues
If no one is available at the delivery location, flowers may be:
- Left in a safe location
- Delivered to a neighbor or reception desk
- Reattempted at an additional delivery fee
Custom & Event Orders
Wedding, event, and custom floral orders may require a deposit and are subject to separate cancellation terms outlined in the event agreement.
